Description Overview: Responsibilities include all aspects of quality reporting and Customer interface. Experience with Heat Treat operations and comfortable with shop floor environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee, maintain, and improve the Quality System that assures the Quality of product and services provided by MPC. • Lead role in development of Quality System goals, upgrades, and improvements. • Maintain and revise the Plant Procedure Manual, Operator Manuals, and Laboratory Manual. • Lead Auditor for Internal Audits and training of additional Internal Auditors. • Facilitate Corrective Actions. • Serve as Company Representative in Quality Audits and Customer Surveys.
