Overview:\n\nResponsibilities include all aspects of quality reporting and Customer interface. Experience with Heat Treat operations and comfortable with shop floor environment. Must be focused on continuous improvement. Excellent opportunity for advancement.\n\nResponsibilities:\n•\tOversee, maintain, and improve the Quality System that assures the Quality of product and services provided by MPC.\n•\tLead role in development of Quality System goals, upgrades, and improvements.\n•\tMaintain and revise the Plant Procedure Manual, Operator Manuals, and Laboratory Manual.\n•\tLead Auditor for Internal Audits and training of additional Internal Auditors.\n•\tFacilitate Corrective Actions.\n•\tServe as Company Representative in Quality Audits and Customer Surveys.\n\nM-F some saturdays, 7:30am - 5pm

Required Skills:\n•\tMust possess a bachelor’s degree, with formal training and education in Metallurgical or Material Sciences.\n•\tExperience in a commercial heat-treating environment.\n•\tExperience in a management role.\n•\tGood communication skills with willingness to interface with customers.\n•\tUnderstanding of Automotive Quality Standards.\n•\tKeen sense of continuous improvement.\n•\tWilling to work on the shop floor in a heat-treating environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
