Job Responsibilities:

Validation Plan Development Support:

Associate with metallurgical engineer to work on the detail validation plan. Based on learning by practice methodology, associate engineer should be capable on drafting those plan him/herself after a one-year period.
Familiar with the related test method and frame out the metallurgical validation process map. Be responsible for following up test progress and coordinate information among teams or engineers to solve technical problems.

Analysis and Document Results:

Leveraging the development relationship with metallurgical engineer, learn and be able to collect and analyze data from validation tests to determine the paper disposition on qualification (an overview metallurgical logic needed).
Maintain detailed records of validation activities and results.

Ensure Compliance:

Work closely with quality assurance and production teams to ensure operational consistency. Internal practice including BIQ, technical qualification practice and proficiency test support.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:

Identify and resolve any issues that could impact product quality during the validations with the support of mature engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and rectify validation-related problems.

ISO17025 Lab Quality System

Play a support role in ISO 17025 system and be prepared to take responsibility as defined.

Leverage continuous improvement and lean mindset to support the daily work efficiency and safety improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Be able to communicate in English and good technical document reading skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Better to have:

1-3 years’ intern or work experience in metallurgical validation or quality assurance processes in manufacturing.Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with validation protocols and data analysis tools.
