Job Description

As a Metal Finisher, you’ll play a critical role in shaping precision components that serve industries where quality is non-negotiable—medical, military, and aerospace. This position goes beyond routine finishing work; it’s about craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in producing parts that meet exacting standards. You’ll work with advanced tools and processes to ensure every piece meets print requirements and exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

Finish complex parts using hand and surface grinders, dual-action sanders, and other specialized tools.Operate hydraulic presses, mechanical vises, and grinders to achieve precise specifications.Inspect components using indicators, leveling jacks, and surface plates to guarantee accuracy.Perform deburring, masking, and a variety of finishing techniques to deliver flawless results.

Preferred Qualifications

Over 1 year of experience in metal finishing for high-precision parts.
