Responsibilities:
Perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, welding, assembling, and finishing metal components according to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to fabricate metal parts and assemblies.
Utilize various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) to join metal parts and ensure structural integrity.
Operate cutting, grinding, drilling, and other machinery to shape and finish metal materials.
Inspect materials, workpieces, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools such as grinders, shears, saws, and welding equipment.
Maintain and care for tools, machines, and welding equipment to ensure they function properly and safely.
Work closely with engineers, designers, and other fabrication specialists to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Track the progress of multiple fabrication projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME, or other relevant industry certifications).
Experience with CNC programming and operation.
Knowledge of working with various metals such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Advanced ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with fabrication equipment.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick), metal cutting, grinding, and assembly processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with a variety of fabrication tools and machines such as CNC machines, grinders, saws, and welders.
Ability to troubleshoot issues in the fabrication process and make necessary adjustments.
High attention to detail and precision to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
Solid understanding of safety protocols related to metal fabrication, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
