2020 Companies, in partnership with our client Meta, is now hiring!  Join our Meta Experiential Brand Ambassador Team!

Pay: $21 per hourDates: Oct 10-12, 17-19, and 24-26Hours: Approximately 10 hours per day

Location: Local tour within 50 miles of (Locations)

We are looking for someone who:

Has an interest and knowledge in AI wearable products

Is a “people-person” and can easily cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Meta brand and products

Passion for the community and engaging with different outreach groups

Has a passion for teamwork and innovation

Flexible Schedule with ability to work some nights and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities:

Has excellent verbal, written and active listening skills

Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools

Ability to learn brand knowledge quickly and effectively tailor selling points to customer needs

Ability to update/maintain demo experience software that allows engaging customer interactions with products and promotes unique selling points

Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, furniture and materials

Lift and move heavy objects as needed

Provide crowd control and security during events

Ability to lift and move heavy objects some weighing 100 lbs+

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to follow instructions, adhere to event guidelines, & knowledge of safety protocols

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Elevate brand perception of Meta products within key demographics through experiential moments and customer interactions

Ability to work with a wide range of demographics to include students, University students, and adults

Engage & interact with customers in 1:1 and large group settings with passion, energy, and knowledge of Meta products

Create a memorable and positive experience for customers

Assist in event setup / breakdown of mobile lounge and able to lift 50-65 pounds with ease

Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided

Capture event photos / video to be used for social media content

Responsible for adherence to all liability, confidentiality, health, and safety requirements

Market Intelligence

Complete daily reporting to track results which will include items such as: customer interactions, giveaways, leads, etc.

Compile feedback and offer input on successes and improvements for each executed event

Collect consumer insights

Provide reporting of event data

Customer Experience

Enhance the Meta brand experience for customers

Demonstrate and promote Meta products

Be the resource to answer questions, discuss product features and provide hands-on demonstrations

Brand Presence

Confirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use

Conduct survey of mobile lounge branded fixtures and displays and record findings

Ensure Meta brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials
