They need a Meta Ads specialist who can operate independently, turning high-level direction into a clear action plan, executing full-funnel campaigns, and optimizing toward ROI. This role exists to build from scratch, rigorously test, and continuously improve performance while ensuring compliance with Meta policies and Canadian market regulations.
The Impact you’ll makeStrategy and Planning\nTranslate high-level business goals into a practical Meta Ads roadmap and testing plan\nDefine funnel architecture, audience strategies, budgets, and pacing\nConduct audience, keyword/theme, and competitor research for the Canadian market\nCampaign Build and Creative\nBuild campaigns end-to-end in Meta Ads Manager, including structure, events, and tracking\nDevelop and iterate on creatives and copy using Meta Creative Hub best practices\nImplement A/B tests across creatives, messaging, placements, and audiences\nOptimization and Analytics\nOptimize for ROAS/CPA/lead quality using Events Manager data, pixel/Conversions API signals, and GA4 insights\nMonitor performance daily, diagnose issues, and rapidly deploy changes\nMaintain strict compliance with Meta Community Standards and restricted terms in Canada\nReporting and Communication\nPrepare clear, data-driven reports and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders\nHighlight the metrics that matter to business outcomes and provide next-step recommendations\nCommunicate proactively on progress, learnings, and risks\nBudget and Governance\nManage budgets to maximize ROI while staying within spend limits\nMaintain clean campaign hygiene, naming conventions, and documentation\nEnsure policy adherence and minimize disapprovals/limited delivery\n
