You will manage final inspectors’ workflow focusing on daily customer commits and the inspection process, WIP moves, packing and works to improve the effectivenessFurther, you will assist the Plant Quality Manager with overtime, attendance and daily changes in staffing inspection areasIn this position you will provide training (safety, quality, process, etc.) as needed and document the training with recordsYou will perform inspections, as well as in-process and final inspections of parts in accordance with applicable Engineering criteria, documents, drawings and workmanship standards, as needed to meeting customer commitsIn this position, you will perform training for new and current inspectors in accordance with applicable Engineering criteria, work/job instructions, quality documents, drawings and workmanship standardsAlso, you will coordinate calibration needs for inspection devices within work scope of inspection
