THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Cyber Security GRC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Program Lead to join our Cyber Security team. As M&A Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we have a repeatable program to identify, evaluate and mitigate Control Gaps associated with any new Organization that becomes part of LNE.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across geographical regions to ensure that Control Gaps are effectively prioritized, remediated, and monitored to protect the organization’s assets and sensitive data.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Own and maintain the Policy Statement and Guidelines to achieve successful onboarding
Own the end-to-end efficiency of the Cyber Security Mergers & Acquisitions program, ensuring alignment with all related delivery streams
Build processes to project and program manage all actions
Enhance the existing program to capture and communicate costs to onboard new Opportunities
Ensure mandatory data is captured for regulatory and reporting purposes
Escalate Risk related to integration of all M&As with a consistent approach, knowing when this impacts other Business Units, and Enterprise Risk
Partner with all impacted verticals with the Office of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to achieve deadlines
Regularly report to broad audiences with varying levels of relevant information
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Experience in Cyber Security
Familiarity of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, PCI, CIS, ISO 27001)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A highly responsive, process-oriented, and proactive approach
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
An ethical character with ability to keep information confidential
A desire to protect and help people; positive attitude and enjoys constantly learning
Willingness to respond to emergency situations off-hours
Preferred qualifications/ certs: CISM, CISSP

The expected compensation for this position is:
$102,000.00 USD - $128,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
