Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. + Experience (Required): + Solid project management leader experience, ideally 8+ years in increasingly complex roles across fast-paced and matrixed organizations. + Strong background in M&A integration, with a clear understanding of how to manage integrations from Day 0 planning through long-term transition. + Prior exposure to transaction environments (corporate development, consulting, investment banking, etc.) and cross-functional workstream management. + Industry knowledge or experience in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences is strongly preferred. + Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and navigate competing priorities. + Comfortable working with ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving priorities. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) and familiarity with financial modeling or KPIs used to track integration success is a plus. + Additional Skills (required): + · 8+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, with 5+ years leading end-to-end M&A integrations or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in high-growth or complex environments.
