With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **Merchant Operations Specialist** **About this opportunity\.\.\.** The Merchant Operations Specialist position serves as a support function for the merchant organization and the distribution centers in the resolution of issues that occur primarily during the receiving process at the Distribution Centers\. The hourly rate range for this role is $25\.00 \- $28\.50\. The hourly rate is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. **What you will do and what you will learn\.\.\.** • Key liaison between the merchants & the DC\. • Communicate effectively with all counterparts \(DC/Merchants\) to seek quick resolutions\. • Operate as subject matter expert in support of the trouble process\. • Effectively utilize merchandising and warehouse system\. • Understand the merchant hierarchy and responsibilities\. • Provide basic analysis and interpretation of merchant reports including item sales and on order\. • Understand Distribution Center processes\. • Create and maintain relationships with DC counterparts\. **What you need to be successful\.\.\.** • Bachelor's degree is preferred\. • High school diploma required\. • Some completed college course work preferred\. • Minimum 1 to 2 years related work experience\. • Familiar with Microsoft Office \(Excel & Word\)\. • Strong organizational skills\. • Some analytical and conceptual ability\. • Systems Savvy\. • Strong written and verbal communication skills\. **Perks and Benefits of joining our team\.\.\.** Our Associates are at the heart of everything we do and we're proud to offer a range of benefits that reflect how much we value their contributions\.
