Merchandising Strategy & Solutions Specialist

 

 

The Merchandising Solutions and Strategy Specialist is part of the Marketing team, responsible for the overall management and execution of merchandising strategies, plans, and activities within their assigned region. This includes both RMC and RRP categories, ensuring in-store execution solutions are tailored to regional and channel-specific needs (GT, NKA, LKA, Unconventional, and brand campaigns).

 

As the Merchandising Strategy & Solutions Specialist, you will:

 

Strategy & Planning Develop brand- and channel-specific communication materials and POSM plans. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution. Recommend POSM timing, distribution, and installation based on channel cycles.

 

Execution & Implementation Oversee third-party agency to ensure timely and complete in-store execution. Establish KPIs and dashboards to track execution, inventory, and competitor activity. Enforce merchandising standards in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

 

Monitoring & Evaluation Conduct field visits to gather market insights and assess execution. Report findings with actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.

 

Resource & Budget Management Manage merchandising budget and process PRs, POs, and GRs on time. Track POSM usage and availability.

 

Requirements Education: College graduate Experience: At least 3 years in FMCG or a multinational company in a similar Marketing & Sales function Experience in trade activations, merchandising, project and budget management Language: Average communication skills in English (oral and written) Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong project management and execution planning skillls
