As a Merchandising Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth ambition of Chanel’s Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) business in Hong Kong & Macau for 2026, with a special focus on High-End segments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing inventory, and elevating team capabilities. You will collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver excellence in merchandising execution.

What You Will Bring

A university degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or inventory management.Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.High proficiency in Excel and a keen sensitivity to numbers and details.A proactive, fast-learning mindset and a collaborative spirit.A positive attitude and commitment to upholding Chanel’s brand values.
