Merchandising Data Analyst
Job Title: QA Analyst

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data as it is integrated between systems.Review and analyze system data to ensure proper integration and alignment with business requirements.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Collaborate with development, business, and project management teams to understand integration requirements and address data-related concerns.Document and track defects, working closely with the team lead to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Perform data validation and integrity checks to confirm that data is accurately reflected across integrated systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a store or retail environment.Strong understanding of database management, data integration, and quality assurance methodologies.Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI for data validation.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Experience with data migration and system integration projects.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.Knowledge of retail systems and store operations.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
