Job Profile Summary Responsible for developing, managing and delivering support services to the organization's sales force. Activities include: • Processing orders from customers and resolving complaints • Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc. • Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments • Selecting, managing and training on sales-related systems & databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.) • Assisting sales teams with an individual account and sales territory planning • Assisting sales teams with sales reporting

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for tracking and the disposition of an on-hand inventory that is on hold, aging, obsolete, expiring or non-moving, ensuring that vendor credits are processed and reported to Finance and various reporting responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.Dated List – Research each item in inventory systems. Work with Buyers and Operations to determine options to move dated product. Hold weekly meetings, update comments and distribute.Vendor Returns – Complete VRE process in SUS. Communicate with Finance, Buyers, Operations, Vendors, and Carriers to have goods moved from our warehouse.On Hold Reports – Research through inventory systems to determine why the product is on hold. Distribute list to Buyers and report comments to management.Obsolete Inventory – Attend Weekly Shrink Meeting. Work with Buyers, Sales, and Operations to move product.Credits – Work with Sales Credits and Brand Audit Credits. Communicate with vendors to get credits owed and report to Finance.Dumps and Donations – Manage and determine dumps and donations from the Dated List and On Hold Reports. Work with Inventory Control and charities through the direction of Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
HSD or equivalent

Experience
1-year purchasing or inventory experience required

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent organizational and follow up skills required. AS400 experience preferred.
