What you can expect:

\nAnalysis of the performance of all sales areas, as well as the development of measures to increase productivity.\nReporting and analysis of sales performance and deriving appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.\nOrganization and planning of season-end returns and corresponding communication to the sales areas, as well as the consolidation of goods and initiation of interstore transfers.\nPreparation and consolidation of collection feedback from the sales areas.\nInterface to the merchandise department at the headquarters in Metzingen, Germany.\n

Your profile:

\n3-5 years of professional experience in retail merchandise management or a comparable position.\nExcellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong affinity for numbers.\nProactive and strong communication skills with a clear service and team orientation.\nExcellent knowledge of common office software, particularly MS Office (Excel) and SAP.\nStrong proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.\nCommercial or textile/apparel-oriented education – nice to have.
