Job title: Visual Merchandising Technician/Merchandiser
Jump Into a Short-Term Merchandising assignment! We need a go-getter for a focused, short-term assignment as a Visual Merchandising Technician/Merchandiser. For the next few weeks, you'll be the key player in revitalizing our store—executing planograms, mastering inventory, and creating stunning product displays. It's a fast-paced, physical role where you'll see the direct results of your work daily. Shifts are fast-moving and typically a minimum of 6-12 hours.

TalentWorld is recruiting a Visual Merchandising Technician/Merchandiser in Victoria, BC for one of our partners.
Responsibilities Stock and arrange products on shelves to meet high visual standards. Set up displays by accurately following detailed planogram guides. Assist with store upgrades, including the dismantling of old physical cash registers and the installation of new ones. Perform light inventory tasks to keep products available for customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, using provided safety gear. Complete a variety of hands-on tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of experience in retail, merchandising, warehouse, or general labor Experience reading and following planograms Ability to consistently lift to 50 lbs. and meet the physical demands of the role Familiarity with basic inventory systems or retail technology Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and accuracy Steel toe boots required Ability to work a morning shift (starting at 6:00 AM) Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per shift, with the possibility of shifts extending to 6,8 or 12 hours depending on business needs. Able to start on the week of December 08,2025
Employment Details Position Type: Temporary Assignment Location: Victoria, BC Hourly Rate: $20/hr Days of Work: 1 – 2 days Compensation: Weekly pay
