The Merchandise Handler II (Personalization) is responsible for the processing and packaging of all Crate and Barrel online orders out of our Romeoville Distribution Center. 

A day in the life as a Merchandise Handler II (Personalization)...

Responsible for using machines to embroider, etch product Responsible for packaging merchandise, labeling, filling, and checking items to complete all customer ordersSets up embroidery and etching machines and follows standard operating processes to produce quality products on timeSets up threads, color wheel, and designs on machines and determine which hoop to useCleans machines, oils machines, and changes needles as neededPerforms “gift packaging” for each business brand as requiredRotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business

What you’ll bring to the table…   

Willing and able to learn to operate Embroidery and Etching Machine equipmentAbility to see and differentiate colorsHigh attention to detail and technical savviness to learn new skillsBasic English Language proficiency

We’d love to hear from you if you have…  

1+ year of experience as Picker, Packer, or Stocker, preferredExperience with an Embroidery and Etching Machine, preferredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum Starting Rate: $18.50 Hourly

Up to: $21.88 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
