Merchandise Associate - Ohio State Team Shop 15th and High

The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Customer Service – Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fansProactively greet and assist all customers entering the locationUphold Legends standards and policiesComplete sales transactions efficiently and accurately; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performanceEnsure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the storeAssist as directed by your manager to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stockedAssist with stocking of merchandise and weekly inventory replenishmentPerform other duties as assigned by supervision
