Job Description & Summary

Your work will involve building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Summary 

We’re looking for a digitally curious and data-driven individual to join our Assurance Clients & Markets team. You’ll support reporting, analysis, and Salesforce adoption while helping drive automation and process improvement. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Alteryx is an advantage, but if you bring the right mindset and potential, we’ll invest in upskilling you. The successful candidate will work within the Assurance Clients & Markets team, and report to the Assurance Business Development Manager.  

 

BU overview 
 

The Clients & Markets team is a team of specialist professionals who focus on marketing, business development and client pursuit. A career in the Clients & Markets team within Assurance, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Assurance business and the implementation of our Assurance strategy through meaningful data insights, actionable customer and competitor insights, as well as the effective use of our CRM system. You will support the Assurance business by carrying out extensive data analysis and building strategic data dashboards, being a subject matter expert on Salesforce and upskilling colleagues across Assurance, creating effective written communications and implementing PwC branding across all our content. You will collaborate with other functions of the firm and colleagues in other Middle East territories to ensure our initiatives support the Assurance strategy as well as the overall PwC strategy. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

Reporting and analysis 

Conduct market research on an ad-hoc basis  

Report on revenue, pipeline information, wins and losses for key clients 

Data analysis and technical skills 

Assist in building and maintaining various strategic Power BI dashboards 

Develop automated solutions using digital tools to reduce manual work hours and errors, such as Alteryx data preparation workflows or Power Automate process automations to replace or streamline repetitive manual tasks 

Build and maintain Salesforce reports / dashboards to monitor appropriate use of the platform across Assurance 

Build and maintain Salesforce reports / dashboards to ensure accurate data reporting 

Assist teams across Assurance in building necessary reports / dashboards

Salesforce (CRM system) management and adoption 

Act as a Salesforce champion and subject matter expert to provide day-to-day support and upskilling on correct use of Salesforce to Assurance colleagues 

Help plan and facilitate Salesforce training sessions for Assurance 

Assist in preparing and maintaining learning material  

Run reports on Salesforce adoption and active licences. Coordinate with Learning and Development teams to ensure all licence holders have been trained in the use of the platform  

Monitor updates to the Salesforce platform and assist in communicating these updates to the wider Assurance team 

Support in upskilling and managing the Middle East Salesforce Champions community through delivery of training sessions 

Internal processes 

Collaborate with colleagues from across the Middle East firm (and Global where there are cross-network opportunities) and across all lines of service 

Communicate with operations teams across the Middle East to find any pressing issues and be proactive in finding solutions  

Report data inconsistencies to and collaborate with the Central Salesforce team to find solutions to any technical issues that arise 

Promote collaboration, trust and improvement between team members and across all the Assurance functions such as Finance, Learning and Development, Transformation, and Human Capital  
 

Brand awareness and formatting 

Assist with formatting content and ensure all produced content is in accordance with the PwC brand 

Create presentations that are visually appealing and in line with the PwC brand  

Communications  

Assist in drafting communications to key internal clients and senior stakeholders 

Assist in drafting communications and articles for central Assurance newsletter 

Assist with developing and implementing a ‘Salesforce adoption’ communications plan 

 

Learning & Development  

Identify areas of continuous personal development and technical upskilling 

Be curious and identify areas for improvement in processes within the Assurance Clients and Markets team 

Requirements: 

The preferred candidate will have strong analytical skills and natural flair for handling data. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Alteryx is highly preferred, as these tools are central to our digital ecosystem. Familiarity with Power Automate and Python is a plus. However, candidates who demonstrate a solid foundation and the willingness and potential to be digitally upskilled in these areas are also welcome to apply. 

The candidate should be able to work independently and have the discipline to work remotely. It is preferable that the candidate also has the experience of working with a diverse team, and is able to communicate effectively to achieve results in a timely manner  

The candidate must be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis  

The candidate must be able to prioritise workload, whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

Education: Bachelor’s degrees in any field are welcome. However, majors with a technical or business specialization are preferred. 

Years of experience: 3-4 years, preferably within a professional services environment 

Proven IT skills in programmes such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual Arabic speaker is a plus 

Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences 

Creativity and an eye for detail is a plus
