We are seeking a MEP Team Lead to join our MEP team in Bucharest, Romania.
**Job Description**
**Here is what you will do:**
+ Lead and manage MEP teams on complex projects in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
+ Oversee all aspects of MEP services from design to project completion, ensuring that systems are fully integrated with architectural, structural, and other engineering elements.
+ Provide technical leadership on MEP systems design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with other departments and teams (architectural, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
+ Mentor and coach junior engineers and other team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
+ Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that MEP requirements are met.
+ Conduct reviews and evaluations of MEP systems to ensure quality and compliance.
+ Drive continuous improvement in MEP design processes and the adoption of new technologies.
+ Lead BIM/REVIT modeling and project documentation for MEP services.
**Qualifications**
**Here’s what we’re looking for:**
+ 10 years of experience in MEP design and building services, with proven leadership experience.
+ Strong knowledge of relevant MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
+ Proficient in BIM/REVIT for MEP design, with experience managing BIM processes.
+ Excellent spoken and written English skills.
+ Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions in building services.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Advanced knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
+ Proven experience in coordinating and delivering projects within established timeframes and budgets.
+ Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic team.
