Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Manage electrical system testing and commissioning
Fire Safety Systems
Oversee fire detection and suppression system installations
Coordinate with fire safety consultants and authorities
Ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements
HVAC Systems
Supervise heating, ventilating, and air conditioning installations
Monitor system performance and efficiency standards
Coordinate ductwork, piping, and equipment placement
Plumbing Systems
Manage plumbing and drainage system installations
Ensure water supply and waste management compliance
Oversee pressure testing and system validation
Mechanical Installations
Supervise all mechanical equipment installations
Coordinate machinery setup and alignment
Ensure proper operational readiness
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Oversee BMS installation and integration
Coordinate system programming and testing
Ensure seamless automation and control functionality
Working Conditions
Location: Lamphun, Thailand (on-site presence required)
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections
Working dates and hours
Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM – 5PM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of MEP supervision experience
Strong knowledge of Thai construction codes and standards
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Good command of English
