About the role:
This role will take responsibility for providing comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering support and technical consultation to JLL's facilities management clients across Taiwan. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide building operations teams, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure that all MEP systems perform reliably to exceed client expectations while meeting JLL's commercial objectives.
What This Job InvolvesMEP Technical Consultation & Client Advisory
Serve as primary MEP engineering consultant to facilities management clients across TaiwanProvide technical guidance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsDeliver technical reports and presentations to senior client stakeholdersOperations & Maintenance Management
Manage MEP operations across multiple client sites to meet KPIs and SLA targetsOversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs for all MEP systems including switchboards, HVAC, UPS, chillers, pumps, and plumbingEnsure contractors comply with quality and safety standardsImplement risk and safety practices to minimize operational interruptions in critical areasRisk Management & Problem-Solving
Identify potential MEP system failures and implement risk mitigation measuresCoordinate emergency response procedures and incident management complianceTeam Development & Vendor Management
Organize technical training for maintenance teams and manage performance reviewsManage vendor relationships including sourcing, contracting, and performance oversightBudget & Planning
Develop and manage MEP budgets, identify cost-saving opportunitiesProvide regular reports on MEP performance and operational metricsFire Safety & EHS Compliance
Oversee fire safety systems maintenance and regulatory complianceManage EHS incident reporting, fire drills, and contractor training per SCORE standardsDocumentation & Reporting
Prepare weekly, monthly, and QBR reportsMaintain MEP SOP documentation and technical recordsInterested? An Ideal Candidate Would HaveEducation & Experience
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent7+ years facilities management experience with strong MEP backgroundManagerial experience leading technical teams and vendor relationshipsComprehensive knowledge of MEP maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing systemsUnderstanding of fire protection, life safety requirements, and construction executionExperience with BIM systems for facility management preferredProfessional Skills
