Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management) - 10-12 years construction experience - Minimum 5 years in data center or complex engineering environments - Proven track record in QAQC leadership roles - OSHA 30 Certification - PMP (Project Management Professional) - Six Sigma Green/Black Belt - Advanced degree + professional certification preferred
