**MENTOR LATAM Business Unit Leader**
As the Business Unit Leader for MENTOR in LATAM, your role will encompass strategic management, commercial excellence, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading a team, executing plans, and ensuring the achievement of business goals.

**Commercial Responsibilities**
+ **Strategic Management** : Input and execute regional strategy tailored to Brazil's priorities.
+ **Team Management** : Oversee a team of contributors and/or supervisors, focusing on effective performance management and talent development.
+ **Operational Excellence** : Manage operational aspects, including workflow, performance, compliance, and ensuring team goals are met on time and within budget.
+ **Performance Analysis** : Audit KPIs to identify proficiency gaps and analyze market trends.
+ **Cultural Integration** : Incorporate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives.
**Marketing Responsibilities**
+ **Sales Direction** : Lead sales initiatives and utilize marketing materials to foster business growth and enhance market share.
+ **Resource Coordination** : Align regional marketing resources (e.g., brochures, website, social media) for maximum product visibility.
+ **Market Research** : Conduct VOC and market research to enhance market insights.
+ **Digital Leadership** : Spearhead digital initiatives, engaging with the Global Digital team and overseeing regional community management efforts.
**Compliance Responsibilities**
+ **Policy Adherence** : Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Mentor Promise warranties, aiming for the successful execution of goals.
**Finance Responsibilities**
+ **Financial Input** : Contribute to business performance reports for quarterly financial cycles.
+ **Strategic Financial Planning** : Lead planning processes focusing on OPEX resources, inventory management, and financial updates.

**Qualifications:**
• 10 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management
• Skilled P&L management with strong financial and business acumen
• Outstanding customer focus and relationship building skills; experienced in developing effective relationships across a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at the highest levels, in both public and private domains.
• Demonstrated success of collaboration and work with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, navigating a matrix organization with challenging market environments.
• Enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate a cross cluster or franchise, regional and globally
• Preferably experience in the aesthetics industry or breast prosthetics
• Strong organizational leadership, with the ability to encourage and mobilize large organizations.
• Talent development approach with a track record of developing a diverse pipeline of successful leaders, as well as the overall strength and experience of a sales and marketing organization.
• Post-Graduate/MBA Preferred
• Proficiency in English is required
