**Responsibilities** **Mental Health Therapist - Missouri Valley, IA** + Extensive training and orientation program + Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations + Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation + Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations **Qualifications** **Experience** Prefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus. **Education/Licensure** Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required.
