Mental Health Services Team Leader
Location: Leeds
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Shifts: Varied (6am-10pm, Mon-Fri + 1 Sat/month)
Team Leader at our new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. You'll provide hands-on leadership, ensure safe, recovery-focused care, and help shape a positive team culture from day one.

Your Role

Lead, mentor, and supervise staffDeliver high-quality, person-centred careManage rotas, staffing, budgets, and care documentationSupport recruitment, training, and HR processesOversee health & safety, audits, and service upkeepAttend reviews and liaise with families and professionalsStep in for management and participate in the on-call rota

What You'll Need

Experience in mental health care and team leadershipStrong organisational, mentoring, and communication skillsKnowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governanceCommitment to recovery-focused, person-centred support
