Job Description

As part of the global operation team, the product engineer in the BST Suzhou team has the ownership for product’s QCD* target, driving the series product’s QCD* target achievement via efficient SE-team work.

*QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery

Optimize product QCD in mass production with product SE-Team​Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures​Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement ​Driving evaluation and reporting of production-related KPI´s​Driving decisions with product SE-Team, w.r.t QCD related topicsRepresenting operations in mass production to development

QualificationsBachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related fieldSelf-motivated, good coordination and moderation skillsGood English in written and verbalGood communication skills and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindsetAssertivenessStrong leadership skills in project management workAt least 5 years related work experienceProduction-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools​Statistical process control (e.g. SBL, Maverick, cpk, BOPP)​Quality methods (e.g. 8D, problem solving, failure analysis)​Basic financial/cost understanding (e.g. PPC, EBIT, BC)​Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab, Assembly, Test)Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor products and production
