Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Membership Specialist to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

2+ years of membership operations and customer service experience are required.An associate's degree is required.Proficient iMIS and MS Office with a technical savviness.Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.Personable with a knack for customer satisfaction!

Position Information:
