Membership Engagement Coordinator
Serves as the first professional point of contact for the visitors of the facility as well as phone calls.
**Duties:**
• Administrative support, welcome guests, members and the public.
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls.
• Registration and payment calls.
• Managing campaigns.
• Schedule and execute of events.
**Required Skills and Qualifications::**
Present a friendly, welcoming attitude in interactions with members, co-workers, and visitors.
• Communicate clearly.
• Possess a college degree.
• Have outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at technology, software, social media tools and embrace new technologies as made available.
• Proficient in MS Office
Monday-Friday
