**Position Summary:**
Responsible for the execution of production processes as assigned, including the daily input of enrollment, disenrollment, and change forms for members, provider network, and address changes.
Responsible for ID card production and mailings.
**This is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Indianapolis, IN.**

**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ High School Diploma.
+ Two (2) years’ experience in database management and spreadsheet software.
**Preferred:**
+ Associate Degree in business, information systems, health care or related field.
+ One (1) year experience working with insurance enrollment process.
