DWhat You’ll Do: As a Member Services Advocate, you’ll be the friendly voice our members rely on. You’ll: + Serve as the first point of contact for questions about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims. + Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. + Offer language interpretation for Cantonese-speaking members during incoming calls. + Assist with light administrative tasks during quieter periods, such as database updates and ad hoc projects. + Make occasional outbound calls as needed. + Receive full training on all responsibilities—no guesswork here! eWhat We’re Looking For: + Language Skills: + Cantonese + Mandarin + Vietnamese + Koreanor + Spanish + Experience: + 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, healthcare, dental office, hospitality, etc.) + Call center experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train you! + Top Skills: + Strong communication and listening skills + Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help + Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
