As a Member Service Center Representative, you’ll be the voice of our brand, delivering five-star service and building lasting relationships with our members. What You’ll Be Doing: + Handle 80–100 calls daily, addressing inquiries and solving problems + Provide information on banking products: checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit + Document member interactions thoroughly and efficiently + Resolve account issues and recommend financial solutions + Process loan payments and accounting transactions + Deliver exceptional service with a positive, confident attitude + Guide members through online banking and other digital tools + Take loan applications and follow through on member requests ✅ What We’re Looking For: + Outgoing and personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others + Previous experience in retail, customer service, or call centers preferred + Financial institution experience is a plus + Strong computer and multitasking skills + High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus + Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends Why Join Us?
