Description We are looking for a dynamic Member Services Manager to lead and oversee a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to members. This role is based in Edina, Minnesota, and involves a blend of people leadership, operational management, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory experience, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Member Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and attention to detail.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless service delivery.
• Establish and track performance metrics to monitor team effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Promote exceptional customer service by encouraging one-touch resolutions and maintaining a calm, composed demeanor.
• Handle escalated member concerns with patience and support, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the overall member experience.
• Ensure compliance with membership rules and standards set by regulatory and detail-oriented organizations.
• Partner with leadership to update and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
• Oversee the accuracy of membership data and reporting in collaboration with database management teams.
• Drive the development and implementation of departmental processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong background in customer service with proven ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with system integrations such as NorthstarMLS or Supra is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
