Description We are looking for a dynamic Member Services Manager to lead and oversee a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to members. This role is based in Edina, Minnesota, and involves a blend of people leadership, operational management, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory experience, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop the Member Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and attention to detail. • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless service delivery. • Establish and track performance metrics to monitor team effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. • Promote exceptional customer service by encouraging one-touch resolutions and maintaining a calm, composed demeanor. • Handle escalated member concerns with patience and support, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the overall member experience. • Ensure compliance with membership rules and standards set by regulatory and detail-oriented organizations. • Partner with leadership to update and maintain organizational policies and procedures. • Oversee the accuracy of membership data and reporting in collaboration with database management teams. • Drive the development and implementation of departmental processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. • Strong background in customer service with proven ability to resolve complex issues. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. • Familiarity with system integrations such as NorthstarMLS or Supra is a plus. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
