Heritage Landing is hiring for a Member Services Attendant!

The Member Services Attendant (Amenities) supports a positive member experience by monitoring all club amenities to ensure access is limited to members and their guests and that all amenity rules are followed. This role is service-focused, visible, and professional, helping maintain a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor designated amenities (Resort Pool, Racquet Sports, Fitness Center, Tiki Bar) Verify member access when necessary and address unauthorized use professionally Ensure compliance with amenity rules (e.g., no coolers, safety and conduct guidelines) Provide courteous assistance to members and guests Serve as a visible, approachable presence within amenity areas Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to management Maintain club standards of professionalism and hospitality

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to enforce rules respectfully and consistently Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain alert and attentive Prior hospitality, customer service, or club experience preferred

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment
Primarily outdoor and indoor amenity areas with frequent member interaction.
