Job Title: Member Service Representative (GPO) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our dynamic team within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, providing information about our client's products and services. Your role will involve demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and adaptability across multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on additional products and services that may meet their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center.
+ Provide information about products and services with a focus on knowledge, active listening, and engagement methods.
+ Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
+ Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.
+ Ensure compliance with policy in a structured environment.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient customer service skills.
+ Data entry experience.
+ Ability to manage high-volume calls.
+ Adaptability to a very structured environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments.

Work Environment
The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to serve members globally. We prioritize work-life balance, allowing you to select shifts that accommodate your lifestyle without significant negative impact. The work involves handling back-to-back inbound phone calls, with most shifts offering flexible start and end times within a one-hour window. Scheduled breaks and meals are to be taken as planned, with potential call durations lasting up to four hours before the next break.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
