Function/Duties of Position

Open and close center, greet member by name, answer phone calls, operate POS, follow all SOP’s, knowledge and use of membership software, update center information and schedule appointments. Provide information and registration for membership, programs, events and classes. Execute superior customer service.

Demonstrate knowledge, ability and implementation of all polices and procedure related to the Front Desk operations. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Enroll and process new members.

Respond to all emergenciesOther duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Public contact training or experience which included exchange of information, goods, or money.BLS HeartCode or CPR/AED certification

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):

Experience answering questions and providing information. Experience delivering superior continuous quality and facilitating high member satisfaction.Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, be flexible and meet deadlines. Outstanding people skills. Ability to project and promote a healthy image. Great communicator with the ability to communicate to member and staff in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma.One year of experience in public contact (such as public service representative, salesperson or receptionist) Prior experience in an upscale environment. Demonstrated success in member/customer satisfaction.Computer skills in Microsoft office applications, database and point of sale. Additional Details Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required.
