We are currently looking for experienced self motivated software engineers with expertise and passion in solving challenging problems in distributed systems and virtualized infrastructure.

The work setup is hybrid, requiring you to come into the office 3 days a week, which allows for flexibility while still promoting in-person collaboration.

 

Your Role

Building monitoring,observability and automation software  that leverages the power of ML , analytics, cloud native paradigms  and large scale data data-platform servicesBuild and optimize distributed systems that can scale for large volumes of data.Architect, design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant services on-prem or cloudImprove performance and scalability of various components in the system stackAbility to lead a small team of UI and backend engineers to design, build and deliver software services, features and applications

 

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field required.

5-8  years of experience designing and developing large scale software applications.Strong coding experience in  Python, Golang, JavaStrong understanding of data structure and algorithms.Strong understanding of virtualization and containerization, kubernetes and cloud native technologiesStrong understanding of datacenter design including compute, storage, and networking and familiarity with on prem, cloud and hybrid software deployment architecturesGood experience in designing and tuning high-performance system softwareExperience in working with large codebases or contribution to open source is a strong plus.Experience in building full stack multi-tenant services on a virtualized infrastructure is a very strong plus.

 

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
