Our client, a financial services organization dedicated to community support and member satisfaction, is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to join their team. As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will be part of the Member Services Department supporting customer engagement and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to member service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Member Engagement Specialist - Hannibal MO

Location: Hannibal, MO

Pay Range: $15.85 - $19.82

Shift: M-F 7am - 3:30pm (No nights or wekends)

What's the Job?

Assist members with opening new accounts, closing loan requests, and explaining credit union products and services Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments Provide excellent customer service and conduct follow-up calls to members Cross-sell products and educate members on loan options and financial services Maintain accuracy and integrity in all member account transactions and balance reconciliation

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 2 years of experience in credit union or banking environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment
