ATIVIDADES

Responsável por auxiliar os oficiais nas instalações de equipamentos de ar condicionados e eletrica e demais aparelhos de funcionamento mecânico, tais como bombas, tubulações de agua de refrigeração, exaustores e ventiladores, split, self container a ar, execução de rondas periódicas de verificação, tomadas de medidas de consumo e de desempenho dos equipamentos, manutenções preditivas, preventivas e corretivas, bem como pelo acompanhamento de terceiros contratados para execução de serviços de manutenção especializadosExecutar atividades de limpeza de componentes mecânicos, apoiar o varetamento de chillers e limpeza de torres de resfriamento. Transportar componentes até o local da manutenção, registrar em livros diários suas atividades, quadros eletricosLer manuais de operação e funcionamento dos equipamentos mecânicos e de refrigeração e eletricoAbrir e fechar placas e tampas de equipamentos como self container, fancoil, engraxar e lubrificar componentes sob orientação do assistente. Obter medições de temperatura nos ambientes das instalações e informar o líder para ações de redução ou elevação de temperaturaUtilizar conservar os seus EPI e ferramentasInstalação e limpeza de grelhas de insuflamento e regulagem das válvulas de vazão destas.
