Job Description
The Meeting Producer will be the primary person to coordinate with Technical Directors and Account Teams to deliver appropriate media, venue, entertainment, presentations, or videos as needed for events. On more complex events, they may assist the Senior Producers. They will oversee quality, timeliness and budgetary adherence up to $500,000 (per event) for customers. They will contribute to the Account Executive/Project Manager's initial evaluation of customer's request related to meetings and is responsible for coordinating and assigning of production-related, content and technical elements to various BSG/Abbvie departments.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
+ Works with AbbVie and external presenters, including HCPs, key opinion leaders and departmental business owners.
+ Provides onsite PowerPoint and/or AV technical support.
+ Monitor in-house production staff and outside vendors during execution of meeting.
+ Assure client communication needs are met or exceeded.
+ Up to 50% travel required.
Qualifications
+ Education: BA/BS Preferred or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of work experience with minimum of 4 years of live event production. 3 years of video or design experience preferred.
Key Stakeholders
BSG M&E Team, BSG Account/Project Managers, BSG Director Level Staff, Corporate, R&D Senior Staff & all members of the Executive Leadership Team. Position represents the BSG organization and will act as the primary contact for this area of responsibility.
