As the first point of contact for event and meeting support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of world-class conferencing and event services across our site.. Working closely with the Conferencing Manager and the wider Events Team, you’ll coordinate bookings, manage event logistics, and build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with confidence, and enjoys delivering excellence with every interaction.

What you'll do: 

Manage the full event coordination process – from initial enquiry to seamless deliveryLiaise with clients, Sodexo teams, and partner suppliers to ensure exceptional serviceSupport the development and implementation of booking tools and systemsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all on-site facilities and servicesDrive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in event operations

What you'll bring: 

Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities managementStrong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesConfidence to challenge constructively and suggest improvementsProactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Outlook 365, MS Teams, and related digital tools
