**Position Overview:**
+ IQVIA is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to expand adoption of IQVIA’s **Medical and Prescription Claims Centered solutions** , helping Medical Device organizations unlock meaningful insights from their data. This role combines expertise in **claims analytics, consultative selling,** and **MedTech commercial strategy.** You will focus on **new business generation, pipeline growth and long-term client partnerships** within the MedTech customer segment.
+ **IQVIA’s Medical and Prescription Claims Centered solutions** include not only custom reports and analytics delivered through multiple methods, but also underlying transactional data to support customer-driven analytics and reporting
**Key Responsibilities:**
**_Sales and Business Development:_**
+ Expand IQVIA’s Medical and Prescription Claims footprint across MedTech manufacturers by serving as a trusted partner to decision makers.
+ Identify, qualify, and pursue new accounts by engaging key decision makers and articulating IQVIA’s value proposition for both custom reports as well as underlying data, depending on the customer’s business need and proclivity to do their own analysis
+ Drive incremental revenue through new logos and expand business within existing accounts.
+ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
+ Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations for high-value opportunities.
+ Bring strong business acumen and expertise in MedTech markets, guiding colleagues where appropriate.
**_Client Engagement and Solutioning:_**
+ Serve as the primary owner of client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and delivery quality.
+ Apply consultative problem‑solving skills to develop tailored customer solutions - from Market Assessment and Targeting to complex analytics or treatment dynamics.
+ Clarify client needs related to procedure and diagnosis areas and determine whether they require transactional claims data, derivative reporting, or both.
+ Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to support aligned, effective go-go-market initiatives.
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles with a proven ability to close large deals and exceed goals.
+ Experience working with **MedTech** customers; **claims data expertise strongly preferred.**
+ Strong consultative selling capability and experience designing data‑driven client solutions.
+ Ability to penetrate new markets, develop relationships with executives, and secure new business.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
+ Deep understanding of **MedTech industry trends and claims‑based analytics use cases.**
+ Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline and sales activity management.
+ Individual contributor.
+ **US Remote / Home based** with ability to **travel up to 30%,** nationwide.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 - $249,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
