With our MedTech Inside Sales Role, you will play a crucial role in contacting and engaging with a list of leads provided, with the goal of generating interest and setting the stage new business opportunities for one of our clients. What you will be doing in the role:
Candidates will be responsible for 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
Present client products in a clear and professional manner
Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow up by the sales team
Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM/Software
Meet daily and weekly outreach goals
Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
You will have an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or 3-5 years of relative inside sales experience in leu of degree.
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value.
Comfortable with high call volume and speaking with decision makers
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Comfortable with a flexible part time schedule (approx. 20 hours/week)
Active and unrestricted drivers license.

Understand that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

The potential base pay range for this role is 28-31 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
