Job Description:

Our Certified Nurse Midwives experience a unique opportunity to employ their clinical nursing expertise in a new way while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for the well-being of patients through ultrasound technology.

Qualified Certified Nurse Midwives will be working in partnership with certified Ultrasound Technicians to closely monitor and trial new obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound solutions to ultimately bring peace of mind to patients by providing more information, earlier in pregnancy, while making is easier for clinicians to make a confident diagnosis. This is not a sales role and does not require patient care.

The is a SHORT TERM ASSIGMENT (4-8weeks) with the possibility of an extension.

Job Requirements:

Certified Nurse Midwife (required)Active and unrestricted RN License (required)1+ year(s) Clinical experience (required)Experience working Epic and Cerner (HCR) strongly preferredExperience working with Excel is strongly preferredData entry experience is strongly preferredWillingness to work a short-term assignmentCurrent on all vaccinations as duties may require compliance with client and hospital expectations

Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly with local, zone and management teams.Exhibit superior technical, clinical, and presentation skills at all timesProfessionally handle objections and questionsParticipate in BU sponsored programs as requested (Clinical trials, validation programs, research events, education events, etc.)Participate in Market Development activities as requested (Key Customer Programs, Image acquisition, etc.)Personal DevelopmentBuild technical, clinical and professional skills and knowledge (New registries, cross training, relevant business courses, personal development courses, etc.)Organization Skills/Time Management/ProfessionalismSubmit weekly schedule to managementMaintain expenses according to company policyMaintain company propertyAct in a positive and professional manner at all timesMaintain current and compliant with CRM Tool guidelinesMeet the physical demands of the job including maneuvering of ultrasound equipment

The potential base pay range for this role is $50-$60 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
