Clinical Research Associate

Site Payments Specialist:
Perform day-to-day financial data entry of accounts payable transactions including classifying, verifying, and recording data;Manage the setup of system requirements to track and administer site payments for assigned studies;Assist with the processing/calculation of site payments for assigned studies;
Contract Specialist:
Preparing, negotiating, tracking and finalizing the Confidentiality Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification (LOI) as well as amendments to these documents, as needed.Managing all required contractual agreements with investigator sites including distribution, negotiation of budget and language, tracking and finalization.Preparing contract approval timelines with investigators and leading efforts to obtain contract approval to meet study deliverables.
