**What you’ll do:** Develop innovative solutions for data center power conversion by aligning our advanced research technologies with customer needs and regulatory requirements across the EMEA region. This role bridges technical innovation and market application, ensuring our solutions are both compliant and commercially viable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate customer requirements and regional regulations into technical specifications. - Evaluate and adapt existing research technologies for market readiness. - Collaborate with global engineering teams and engineer a global solution together. - Collaborate with R&D, product management, and regulatory teams to define product roadmaps. - Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify technology gaps. - Support business development with technical insights and customer engagement. - Ensure compliance with EMEA-specific standards and certifications. - Lead engineering team through design modifications and validation processes. **Qualifications:** - Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field - 7+ years of experience in power electronics, preferably in medium voltage systems **Skills:** - Strong understanding of EMEA regulations, especially for medium voltage. - Proven experience in system architecture and product development. - Familiarity with simulation tools and design validation processes. - Ability to interface with customers and translate needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel both overseas and within the EMEA region. \#LI-OV1
