Medium Account Manager
Liberty Latin America
**What's The Role**
Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to medium-sized businesses. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
**What Yoi'll Do**
+ Develops an on-going CWB business relationship with medium-sized clients and to provide solutions to their business needs, thereby meeting or exceeding CWB’s sales, profit and NPS targets. This requires a thorough understanding of the assigned industry segment, where relevant.
+ Achieves or exceeds targets assigned by CWB Management including Signings/Orders, Contract renewal.
+ Leads cross-functional sales and technical resources in pursuit of client solutions, exploiting where relevant marketing resources and collateral as well as business partner relationships.
+ Selects the appropriate offerings and distribution channels that are designed to meet the client's business objectives and provide an optimum financial return to CWB.
+ Maintains an effective business relationship with client's, leading CWB meetings, presentations and proposals.
+ Is accountable for customer sale satisfaction, contributes to improved NPS metrics, and assists team in increasing market share, CWB profit and revenue within the client base (assigned), and acts as the CWB interface with medium accounts.
+ Influences the client's business strategies and aligns them with CWB products and services.
+ Leads or assists in delivering financial justifications to client’s leadership team on CWB products and services.
+ Assists in negotiating customer contracts involving others as necessary and helps ensure compliance by all parties (CWB, customer, partner).
+ Make an important impact on customer satisfaction and NPS results in his/her assigned client base, through timely escalation of issues, consistent responsiveness, personal follow up with the client, etc
+ Participates with the sales and cross-functional teams in the planning of programs and sales strategies.
+ Effectively manages and utilizes quality principles in the development, delivery and presentation of client proposals.
+ Adeptly uses Salesforce and other tools for accurate sales forecasting through understanding of the Client’s business cycle, financial constraints, evaluation criteria, concepts and attitudes of key Client decision makers.
+ Executes flexible Relationship Management with client and agility in developing new approaches to establish and maintain an effective relationship leading to closing business and meeting targets. Able to understand the formal and informal decision-making structure of the customer and use the appropriate relationships to foster business development for CWB. Relationship ownership also includes Industry Knowledge, Ability to handle objections, Questioning to get to validation of opportunity, Build and grow rapport with influencers, Strategize against the competition.
+ Uses internal resources effectively to meet objectives in each call, opportunity and situation
+ Competently identifies and executes solutions for complex problems associated with management of the account and client’s needs.
+ Effectively utilizes knowledge of industry, clients’ needs, and CWB solutions to create coverage plans with objective of exceeding business sales objectives.
+ Effectively utilizes Presales Engineering, Business Partner and other resources to close business.
+ Leverages Presales Engineering and Business Partner resources in creating and managing coverage plans, territory plans and account plans.
+ Effectively communicates with CWB management on account and territory plans, sales forecasts, customer satisfaction issues, competitive analyses and other key data.
+ Uses strong communication (verbal and written) skills in building client relationships, proposals and deliverables.
+ Effectively executes Selling approaches, e.g. Miller Heiman blue sheet and green sheet processes, resulting in successful sales and meeting/exceeding assigned KPIs.
+ Effective communication with other teams to facilitate the handling of customer queries, execution of service requests and delivery of orders, management of Accounts Receivable and other sales processes.
+ Compliance with company-defined processes, e.g. Clean Orders, Contract Execution, Objective Setting, etc
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ Bachelor degree (minimum) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
+ Specific Knowledge/Experience/Software/Apps:
+ 3-5 years’ experience in ICT
+ Experience in Managed Service Selling
+ Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Poin
+ Experience in Salesforce
