Overview We are looking for a medical writer or a scientific editor… basically a qualified professional that will create scientific content in multiple platforms and write promotional materials for pharmaceutical products in a clear, concise, creative and strict way. Of course, it is not all about professional skills, we are looking for a proactive, positive and dynamic person who can flex between different projects and clients, knowing no day will look the same! Responsibilities What we’re looking for: Health educational background (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, etc.). Strong scientific writing experience and can document and develop high-quality content tailored to health professionals and consumers within pharmaceutical projects. Ideally come from a health advertising agency or pharmaceutical lab, familiar with the advertising language of this sector and medical marketing knowledge, and used to working with various requests and deadlines. Familiarity and thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in terms of communication and promotion of medicines. Know how to perform bibliographic reviews and analysis related to pathologies and their epidemiology. Your English is on point! We work with global clients and handle documentation usually in English, so understanding everything is essential. Qualifications We think you’re awesome if you: Be knowledgeable about the scientific environment of various therapeutic areas to inform communication strategies. Participate in client meetings to define strategies or initiatives that complement marketing/communication plans. Actively contribute to developing innovative and valuable proposals to strengthen the company's positioning. Generate proactive value-added proposals in both promotional and medical education fields to enable organic growth opportunities with established clients and new business ventures. Organize, design, and moderate advisory boards and meetings with healthcare professionals using distinctive dynamics. Engage in digital transformation initiatives and maintain continuous learning in different therapeutic areas. Additionally, it would be great if: Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
