Our Intermediate Critical Care Unit (ICCU 2) cares for medically complex patients who require close monitoring and coordinated clinical support. As a Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR), you are the central connection point for the unit—helping streamline communication, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for staff, patients, and families. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: One year experience in healthcare, preferred. + Licensure/certification/registration: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Additional skills preferred: Experience with answering multiple phone lines.
